MANDATORY VACCINATIONS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL
The state is misusing its police powers to poison and kill children, and merely acting as a tool of pharmaceutical companies in order to advance their agenda to profit at any cost.
As an attorney, I strongly disagree with Erwin Chemerinsky’s assertion that mandatory vaccines are Constitutional; quoting, “Strong and irrefutable medical and scientific evidence demonstrates that there is no less restrictive alternative except to require every person to be vaccinated. Only vaccinations can protect children from communicable diseases.”
In fact, preservatives, adjuvants, formaldehyde and mercury are present and are linked to and cause autism. Manufacturers have zero liability! The Office of Special Masters of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims aka, vaccine court, since its first case in 1988, has adjudicated more than 16,000 petitions and dismissed two-thirds of them. To the successful petitioners, and their lawyers, it has awarded about $3.6 billion. This number would be much higher if there were not court-imposed limits on amounts sought for injury and wrongful death, caused by vaccine manufacturers.
California school children must receive 69 vaccines in order to attend school. And another 18 vaccines to attend the University of California.
A new government survey of parents suggests that 1 in 45 children, ages 3 through 17, have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is notably higher than the official government estimate of 1 in 68 American children with autism, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). More vaccinations are being pushed, resulting in $1 Billion profit per vaccine. The rate of autism will continue to grow. Remember that the rate of autism was 1 / 10,000 in the 1960's.
Please keep in mind that Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean, Boalt Hall, is an employee of the University of California — which receives 100’s of millions from the pharmaceutical industry to bolster safety claims and rush products to market. The government is overreaching.
90% of all vaccines are made in China, so they cannot be regulated as well as a product that is made in the United States.
Moreover, mandatory vaccines are Unconstitutional as they are a violation of the 4th and 14th Amendments; “The right of the people to be secure in their persons”.
The First Amendment states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . .”
But Chemerinsky states, “Our conclusion is that laws that require vaccination need not — and should not — have exceptions for religion or for conscience. Compulsory vaccination laws are unquestionably constitutional without such exceptions. Indeed, we urge every state to revise its vaccination law to make sure that every child, and every person, is vaccinated unless there is a medical reason not to do so.” (emphasis added)
Mandatory vaccinations kill children, as well as the future of this country. Globalist, Corporate Powers should not take precedence over the rights of the people. The government should work for people, not the corporate lobbyists that are currently controlling the Government and the FDA.
I personally have represented a mother who had her children taken from her by Orange County after her child experienced a vaccine induced seizure. They were blamed for the injury because the Court, the Attorneys, and the County would not accept that vaccines are dangerous. The suffering was unbearable for the parents. It took an act of god to get the children safely back. I am proud of my work but am disgusted by the ignorance of the government.
There are countless stories of American families whose lives have been ruined, for generations to come, at the hands of governmental mandates, recommendations, and laws.
The Government must impose a 5-year moratorium on mandatory vaccines now.
